The miner runs on the SHA-256 algorithm and produces Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Litecoin Cash, DGB and other cryptocurrencies, the technology of which is based on the first-generation blockchain.

AvalonMiner A1246 operation is provided by chips with improved architecture and artificial intelligence technology, thanks to which ASIC performance reaches 90 Ths. The energy consumption is 3420 Wh, and the energy efficiency is 38 JTh, provided that the operating temperature is within 25 °C.

In the basic configuration of the device there is a power supply and 2 coolers that provide optimal temperature. The power cable is not included in the kit, so you will have to buy it separately.

The original firmware, which can be found on the manufacturer’s official website, provides asic with correct operation and quick setup. The device was released not so long ago, so there is no amateur software for overclocking and optimizing the miner’s work on the network yet.
